I worked on the United MileagePlus program at Wunderman. My projects included multiple site redesigns and email campaigns, including the exclusive Global Services site, for top-tier MileagePlus members to access their Global Service benefits. I did the UX and content strategy, lead the art direction, and oversaw designers.
